Good Morning,

As you have probably noticed, there has not been a lot of activity on this blog for the last few months.

While I have not been posting here, I have been active in other areas and and as such and have been dividing my time, and of course, some areas, like this one have been dropped.

I am going to keep this site, up but share with you where I will be continuing my posts.

Nearly everything new that comes along into our lives tends to cause something else that we have been used to, to go into forced retirement, and we often don't even realize that it's happened...again.

Yet, at the same time,

If we are so willing to change, then why do we find it so hard to give up what we are used to, to open the door to something new and potentially better?

Perception is reality, although, more importantly, others people's perception of you is their reality, driving how they interact with you, NOT your perception of them.

How are you being perceived by others?

I'm regaining an appreciation of the simple things in life and in nature as I spend a week camping with the Boy Scouts.

Much of today's knowledge is doomed to die. As our civilization advances, old knowledge is left behind for trivia as new knowledge is born.

Its important to Learn and Grow Daily! yet it is also important to remember "Garbage In Garbage Out". So Learn, but be particular about it.

Learning is living. If you stop learning you stagnate. When you stagnate, you wither and die. Be a life-long learner and live!

Our achievements when we're younger are an indication of what we'll accomplish when we're older. Do you like what you see? If not, change.

Leadership has many different definitions, but if any of those does not include helping others achieve goals, it isn't leadership.
