Committed. Many of us fail to follow through. We blame processes, tools and others when instead we should focus on staying the course.

Having courage doesn't always mean facing fear. It also means moving foward even if there's no fear. The key is always moving onward.

Avoiding Sensationalism. Our lives are hard enough with the realities we face. Why complicate or lives further with embellished drama?
